A process & data manager with 15+ years of experience in statistics, data mining, and CMMI high-maturity processes, building enterprise measurement-analysis and business intelligence infrastructures.
Completed his undergraduate studies at the Department of Statistics, Hacettepe University, and his master's degree at the Department of Health Informatics, METU. In his master's thesis, he developed a decision-support system capable of diagnosing disease using data-mining classification methods on genetic data. He completed his PhD in the same department in 2025.
Between 2011 and 2020, served as Measurement & Analysis Lead at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM YTE, running enterprise- and project-level measurement-analysis activities within a CMMI Level 5 context and building the quantitative project-monitoring infrastructure. From 2020–2022, headed the Quality and Strategy Management Department at the same institution. Joined HAVELSAN in 2022, serving as Team Lead (2022–2025) and then Process and Corporate Performance Director (2025–2026); since 2026, serves as Process and Data Management Director.
